Who Am I?

I am an interior architect, product designer, and 2D/3D graphic designer, graduated from several prestigious art and design schools, based in Marseille.

With several years of experience, I have developed strong expertise in 3D modeling, image rendering, 3D animation, color correction, clipping, photo editing and restoration, as well as video editing.

1- Basic Offer:

👉 For €250, I will create a 3D rendering of your interior or exterior space up to 29 m².

A 3D rendering is the result of processing data from 3D software on a computer. It generates a realistic image or video, representing a scene or object in three dimensions.

3D rendering incorporates essential elements such as lighting, textures, materials, shadows, and reflections, ensuring an accurate and immersive result. This allows you to preview a project before its physical construction or production.

By choosing the basic offer, you will receive a realistic and detailed 3D rendering, with textures and materials adapted to your request. However, this offer is limited to a surface area between 2 m² and 29 m².

📌 For larger spaces, I invite you to select one of the color-coded packs that best suit your project.

What’s Included in the Basic Offer:

✔️ 1 high-quality 3D realistic image rendering
✔️ A surface area between 2 m² and 29 m², with a maximum height of 3 m

2- The PACKS:

👉 If you want to add additional 3D renderings or a 3D animation to your basic offer, choose the pack that matches your space size and needs.

I offer an all-in-one color-coded pack system, allowing you to obtain, based on your selection:

✔️ A layout plan
✔️ Realistic 3D renderings
✔️ A 3D animation video

The number of 3D renderings and the duration of 3D animations vary proportionally to the size of your space. It is therefore essential to choose the color pack and format that best suit your project.

📌 How do the packs work?

There are five color-coded packs, each corresponding to a specific space range.

In each pack, you have three options to choose from, depending on the rendering you want for your project.

🟦 BLUE PACK – Covers spaces from 2 m² to 29 m²
🟩 GREEN PACK – Covers spaces from 30 m² to 59 m²
🟨 YELLOW PACK – Covers spaces from 60 m² to 99 m²
🟥 RED PACK – Covers spaces from 100 m² to 149 m²
🟪 VIOLET PACK – Covers spaces from 150 m² to 200 m²

  • Layout Plan:

This plan provides a clear 2D visualization of your project, displaying furniture arrangement and accessory placements within your space. The plan remains clean and readable, without measurement annotations.

The layout plan is essential—once you validate it, I will proceed with the 3D modeling phase.

💡 Good to know:

  • To include a layout plan with measurements, add the corresponding additional option. If you choose the Ultimate Pack, measurements are included by default.

This pack provides high-quality realistic 3D image renderings along with a layout plan. The number of 3D renderings varies according to the space size of each color pack.

📌 Important:

How to choose your pack?

  • Before selecting your pack, first determine the size of your project. Then, choose the color that corresponds to your space. Finally, select one of the three available options in that color that best suits your needs.

3- Additional Options:

👉 If you want to add extra 3D renderings, increase the number of seconds initially offered, or expand the size of your project, select one or more options below according to your needs:

  • Plan with dimensions.

This plan complements the layout plan as it allows you to estimate distances with precise dimensions.

💡 Good to know:

  • To get a plan with dimensions, add the corresponding extra option. If you choose the Ultimate Pack, dimensions are included by default.
  • Add extra 3D renderings and additional seconds:

I have made it possible to add extra 3D renderings and cumulative additional seconds to your selected color pack in the additional options.

  • Add extra square meters for projects exceeding 200 m²:

If your project exceeds 200 m², select the PURPLE PACK and choose one of the three available formulas within this pack. Then, increase the area by selecting the extra square meters option. The cumulative limit for additional square meters is 1050 m².

  • 1 Panoramic 360° Rendering / 8192pX4096p.

A 360° 3D rendering refers to generating multiple 3D images of the same space, which are then combined to provide a fully immersive view. Virtual tours help visualize a space better and understand its full volume.

  • Embedding a 3D rendering in PNG format onto a photo of your choice.

I also create render overlays on a background or an environment of your choice to give your project a more realistic effect. Additionally, if you need photo editing, clipping, or retouching, feel free to check out my other micro-services for photo editing and retouching.

4- ORDER DETAILS:

👉 To fully understand and accurately define your interior or exterior space, please provide the following:

✔️ A description of your project.
✔️ A plan or a measurement report, even if hand-drawn.
✔️ Sketches or drawings with text annotations.
✔️ References or example images.

📌 Important:

  • Before placing an order and selecting a PACK, please make sure to send me a plan or measurement report of your project, along with all details regarding your interior layout and decoration preferences. Otherwise, I will not be able to accept and validate your order.

Order Process:

⚡ By choosing express delivery, you can speed up the processing time of your order.

Once your order is placed:

a- I will send you a layout and design proposal plan.
b- Once you validate my proposal, I will start the 3D modeling process, including color and material processing.
c- Once the 3D renderings are completed, I will deliver your order within the agreed timeframe.

You are entitled to three modifications:

  • Two modifications before the final rendering.
  • One modification after the final rendering.

⚠️ Attention:

  • During or after the execution of your order, any additional modifications or new instructions may incur extra charges. Please ensure that you provide all the necessary details about your project before placing your order.
