Whether you are a startup founder, CFO of an SME, or a manager within a mid-sized company or large corporation, I offer a suite of tools to help you manage your business on a daily basis!

These tools are the result of over 8 years of experience in finance and strategy consulting (Capgemini Invent, Freelance...) with startups and large corporations (BPI France, Air Liquide, Fujitsu...), as well as my studies (Master in Finance & Strategy at Sciences Po Paris).

The basic service corresponds to the CRM file, non-customized, to centralize information about your contacts and associated business opportunities.

In addition to the CRM, I offer the following financial management tools:

REVENUE FORECAST to estimate your revenue at the end of the fiscal period (month, quarter, year) based on your revenue history and current sales funnel and conversion rates - the use of CRM is necessary here.
BID CONTROL SHEET to estimate the profitability of your product or service before issuing a quote.
BUSINESS PLAN to identify your company's trajectory over 3 to 5 years.
P&L BUILDER by offer to gain visibility into the profitability of your different service/product lines, based on the general ledger (2 years, IFRS standards).

Each tool can be ordered:
- Standardized (you adjust the tool yourself)

Customization covers the adjustment of existing parameters in the file, not the creation of new features (unless otherwise indicated).
Upon confirmation of the order for a customized tool, you will receive a message to share the parameters to be adjusted on your tool.

Prerequisites: Not having a CRM today or wanting to change to a simple, effective tool with no recurring fees.

Key Features: Calculation of estimated revenue per opportunity and cumulative, task reminders (to contact, follow up...) based on adjustable deadlines, classification of opportunities by client/contact/offer, funnel visualization.

Adjustment of existing parameters + creation of up to 5 new parameters (tab columns).

REVENUE FORECAST to estimate your revenue.

Prerequisites:
Use the above CRM or copy/paste the report from your CRM with key data (quote amount, probability, date...) (max 3 min/week).
Historical weekly revenue evolution for previous fiscal years - the general ledger may suffice and can be easily integrated by you (tutorial included) if you wish to keep it confidential.
Key Features: Calculation and visualization of the annual revenue estimate by scenario (best - middle - worst) with adjustable parameters (weighting).

Standard Key Parameters:
Tabs: 3 parameters for calculating the estimated revenue = historical & current revenue * average conversion rate * weighting based on the current funnel (average deal progress) 3 scenarios (best - middle - worst) with adjustable parameters (weighting).
Summary: Visualization of the annual revenue estimate by scenario (best - middle - worst).

Custom Key Parameters:
Addition of 3 parameters from your CRM KPIs or business needs.
20-minute call with you to validate the parameters to be created.

Prerequisites:
Have a price list.
Have your average direct costs per product/service.
Have your indirect/fixed costs.
Key Features: Estimation of the operational margin (EBITDA or EBE) of the product/service/project based on your price list and costs.

Standard Key Parameters:
Calculation of the margin of your quote based on the entered and adjusted information (e.g., negotiation cases, etc.).
Automation of quote creation in PDF or Word format from the Bid Control Sheet data (max 2 clicks).

Custom Key Parameters:
Addition of 3 calculation parameters from your CRM KPIs or business needs.
20-minute call with you to validate the parameters to be created.

Prerequisites:
Complete the financial information of the BP from the provided file.
Provide all parameters to be adjusted.
Key Features: Build the P&L of your division (BU) or company over 5 years.

Standard Key Parameters:
Additional P&L assumptions and lines to be added by yourself.
Up to 3 analyzable scenarios (e.g., buy vs. build vs. partner).
Over 500 easily modifiable/duplicable assumptions.

Custom Key Parameters: N/A

Prerequisites:
Have the general ledgers (Excel) in IFRS standards.
Allocate each line of the general ledger to a client or offer.
Have some knowledge of Excel.
Key Features: Build the P&L of your division (BU) or company over 5 years.

Standard Key Parameters:
P&L by offer: Revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, Net Income (with margin calculation and growth rate (CAGR)) = Up to 4 offers, over 2 years.

Custom Key Parameters:
P&L by offer: Revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, Net Income (with margin calculation and growth rate (CAGR)) = Up to 20 offers, over 3 years.
Note: The allocation of revenue and cost lines to clients must be managed entirely by you!
