This has nothing to do with your message, but with the way you convey it.

It has to do with non-verbal communication.

In 2025, we all know that non-verbal communication, generally summed up as “body language”, has a big impact, but nobody really knows how, why or why.

The reason is quite simple: it acts on two rather special levels: the unconscious AND the subconscious.

But with knowledge, training or coaching, it's possible to bring these notions to the conscious level and control your non-verbal communication.

The gestures you use, the way you speak, when to pause, your flow, your posture... A large number of variables which, once controlled, will contribute to your success.

In concrete terms, what do I suggest? Simple.

You send me one of your videos lasting up to 3 minutes, and I give you full feedback in a Word document.

In addition to your video, I need several pieces of information:

• Who are you addressing?
• What's the purpose of the message you're sending?
• How do you want to convey your message?
• What are the specific, atypical elements of your audience?

I'll analyze :

• Your intonation

• The flow of your voice

• The words you use and how you use them.

• Pause times

• blinking and facial muscles

• gaze and its intensity (this is one way of determining whether the text is memorized or improvised)

• Mouth movements

• If standing, posture and how you stand.

• Bust and body deployment (crouched, stretched, confident, shy...)

• Arm positioning and how you move your arms in space.

• One of the most important gestures: your hands.

• Your feet, the way you walk and move as you talk.

And then I'll give you a complete review in the form of a Google .doc file.

I'll annotate, using examples and time markers (at what point in the video) the gestures to be improved and HOW to improve them.
