Note regarding the « Basic » and « Advanced » categorization: Basic means that I will implement the feature with what is essential for it to work properly, while Advanced means that I will use my knowledge and skills of the tool to set it up for more advanced use cases. Let’s take a concrete example: with Basic configuration of the queue, I could set it up so you can see “All tickets in the category General Requests not yet Resolved”, but with Advanced configuration, I could do something like “All tickets in the category General Requests that have been submitted for more than 7 days and not yet responded to” or “All tickets with High priority and SLA ‘Time to resolution’ breached”
