Passionate about bodybuilding and a diligent practitioner for several years, I'm here to help you achieve your goals through personalized and affordable programs.

At your disposal, I create customized weight lifting training programs, adapted to the needs and goals of everyone, whether you are beginner or confirmed, that you can achieve at the gym or at home.

What I am proposing are personalized and unique programs for each person, which aim to:

weight loss;
muscle building;
improving fitness by combining muscle building and cardio-training (HIIT);
advice and food programs.

The duration of the training ranges from 20 minutes to about 1h30 depending on the selected program and your availability.

For 10€, I propose a standard weight lifting training program including 2 workouts in the week.

The final rendering will be done by PDF.

Discover my different OPTIONS:

A nutritional program: it is aimed at all people who want to optimize their results. It is personalized, adapted to your goals (weight loss, maintenance, mass gain) and your workouts. In each meal you have during the day and the week, I will detail the quantities to be consumed.

Intermediate program: a weight lifting training program of 3 workouts per week.

Advanced program: a sweight lifting training program of 5 workouts per week.
