I didn’t start writing resumes because it was simply a service to sell. I started because I’ve always loved writing — and, more importantly, because I’ve seen firsthand how much a CV can affect someone’s career.

Growing up, I watched my parents apply for jobs they were fully qualified for, only to face rejection. I remember wondering how someone could have the right qualifications and still struggle to get the opportunity they deserved.

That experience stayed with me.

At just 13 years old, I wrote my first CV for my dad. He trusted me enough to give me a chance, and thankfully, that CV helped him land the job he had been hoping for. My mom was so proud that she even organized a small get-together to celebrate.

That moment showed me something I’ve never forgotten:

Sometimes, the problem isn't that you aren't qualified. It's that your story isn't being presented the right way.

Years later, I turned that passion into professional resume writing. Since starting professionally at 18, I’ve independently helped 15+ individuals improve the way they present themselves to employers, with a particular focus on graduates looking to land their first job.

One of my recent clients was a graduate from Ohio who found me online. We worked together to create a resume that properly communicated her skills, education, and potential. She went on to secure her first job.

That is why I don't believe in simply filling out a template.
