The client needed a reliable way to send bulk SMS notifications to leads directly from Zoho CRM, segmented by lead source. Due to regional restrictions, Zoho’s native Notification SMS and Marketplace integrations (including Twilio) were unavailable, creating a major blocker for the project.
To overcome this, I designed and implemented a custom Twilio SMS integration using Zoho CRM automation and API-based workflows. Instead of relying on the Marketplace, I connected Twilio directly to Zoho CRM using secure credentials, ensuring global SMS delivery without regional limitations.
I created a mass-action custom button inside the Leads module, allowing the client to filter leads by source, select multiple records, and send SMS messages in bulk with a single click. Message content was structured using customizable fields, making it easy for the client to reuse and edit SMS templates without technical knowledge.
A medical spa owner needed a CRM to manage subscriptions, client financing, payment tracking, and automated marketing, as a single user unsure between Zoho CRM and HubSpot.
Analysis: Evaluated subscription billing, installment financing, payment workflows, and marketing automation needs.
Solution: Recommended HubSpot for superior Stripe integration (client's existing payment processor) and flexibility.
