Smart 16oz Can Cooler

A custom 16oz can cooler designed and developed from concept to functional prototype. I handled the complete mechanical design, component planning, and system integration.

The unit features an ESP32-C3, Peltier thermoelectric cooling, DS18B20 temperature sensing, a 0.42" OLED display, LED status indicators, and a rechargeable 4×14500 battery system. Custom internal airflow channels and mesh vents improve heat dissipation, while an IR sensor enables automatic activation and a magnetic pogo connector provides convenient dock charging.

A combination of mechanical design, electronics integration, thermal management, and 3D-printed components brought the concept into a fully functional portable cooler.

Custom Universal Boat Mounting System A modular RAM-style mounting system designed for boat rails, developed to provide a flexible platform for mounting and organizing various marine accessories. The system uses adjustable joints and interchangeable mounting components, allowing the same base system to support different applications.

The design includes custom mounting brackets, articulated arms, and accessory holders for items such as fishing tools, koozies, equipment, and other onboard gear. The adjustable arm mechanism allows accessories to be positioned at different angles and orientations while maintaining a secure connection to the boat rail.

The modular approach makes it possible to quickly swap accessories depending on the user's needs, while the compact mechanical design helps keep equipment accessible without taking up unnecessary space.

A custom revolver barrel-inspired desktop perfume decant holder, designed to combine distinctive aesthetics with practical functionality. The rotating barrel features six individual compartments for organizing and accessing perfume decants, with a central rotating mechanism that allows each bottle to be brought into position easily.

The design incorporates a machined metal-style finish, contrasting materials, and a weighted desktop base for stability. The rotating cylinder and detailed central mechanism give the holder a unique mechanical character while keeping the overall design compact and functional

A custom designed DIY Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) tool developed to provide controlled access and leverage for removing vehicle dents without damaging the original paint. The design features a compact internal mechanism with adjustable contact arms, allowing force to be applied precisely to targeted areas of the dent. The tool was developed through concept sketching, 3D CAD modeling, mechanism design, and detailed refinement for practical use.

Designed a custom 3D printed enclosure for a compact mini camera PCB, combining functional component integration with a clean, compact, and ergonomic product design. Designed a custom candy mould inspired by the distinctive ear shape associated with Mike Tyson. The design was created as a detailed 3D CAD model, focusing on accurately capturing the recognizable contours and translating them into a practical mould suitable for candy production.

The mould features a recessed cavity with smooth transitions and rounded edges to achieve a clean final candy shape while maintaining an attractive and recognizable appearance.

This project demonstrates the complete process of transforming an existing mechanical component into a functional, production ready product. The original part was carefully measured and analyzed to understand its dimensions, geometry, mounting points, and functional requirements.

Using the collected measurements, the component was accurately recreated in 3D CAD and refined for improved manufacturability and practical use. The final design was then 3D printed and tested on the actual machinery to verify fit, alignment, and functionality.

This project highlights the ability to take a physical component, reverse engineer it, develop an accurate CAD model, and turn the concept into a working product.
