My journey into career services started long before I ever considered it a profession.

While I was still in school, I was introduced to resume writing through a few friends who were already freelancing. What initially caught my attention wasn't just the skill itself, but the idea that I could learn something valuable, build it with my own hands, and eventually create an independent source of income.

I started learning, practicing, studying how strong resumes were structured, and understanding what actually makes a candidate stand out. Before offering the service professionally, I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. I helped two of my relatives improve their resumes, and both successfully landed jobs.

That gave me the confidence to take the next step.

I began offering my resume writing services on Fiverr. What started as something I was learning on the side gradually became something much bigger. The income I earned helped me become more independent and, most importantly, reduced some of the financial burden on my parents. That experience taught me something I still carry with me today: a skill becomes truly valuable when it can create an opportunity for someone else while also creating a better life for you.

As my experience grew, so did the trust people placed in my work. I began receiving recommendations from recruiters and recruitment organizations to help prepare resumes for their clients. Working with different professionals exposed me to the realities of the hiring process what employers look for, how recruiters evaluate candidates, why qualified professionals sometimes get overlooked, and how the right positioning can completely change how someone's experience is perceived.

That understanding eventually took me beyond resume writing.

I ventured into Career Coaching, Career Branding, and Reverse Recruiting, because I realized that helping someone get hired isn't simply about writing a better resume. It's about understanding the person, identifying where they want to go, positioning their experience for that destination, and developing a strategy to help them get there.

Today, I bring all of those experiences together to help professionals and executives navigate their careers with greater clarity and confidence.

I don't see a resume as just a document, and I don't see a career search as simply applying to jobs.

Behind every resume is a person, a story, a level of experience, and a goal. My job is to make sure that story is understood, that experience is positioned correctly, and that the right opportunities can see the value behind it.

What began as a skill I learned from friends during school has grown into a career built around helping other people move forward in theirs.

Mon parcours dans les services liés à la carrière a commencé lorsque j’étais encore étudiant.

J’ai découvert la rédaction de CV grâce à des amis qui travaillaient déjà en freelance. J’ai commencé à apprendre, pratiquer et comprendre ce qui permet réellement à un candidat de se démarquer.

Après avoir aidé deux membres de ma famille à améliorer leur CV, et les avoir vus décrocher un emploi, j’ai décidé de proposer mes services professionnellement sur Fiverr.

Avec le temps, mon expérience m’a permis de travailler avec différents professionnels et de recevoir des recommandations de recruteurs et de cabinets de recrutement. J’ai ainsi appris à mieux comprendre les attentes des employeurs, les critères des recruteurs et l’importance d’un bon positionnement professionnel.

Mon expertise s’est ensuite étendue au coaching de carrière, au personal branding et au recrutement inversé.

Aujourd’hui, j’aide les professionnels et les cadres à mieux présenter leur expérience, cibler leurs objectifs et construire une stratégie de carrière efficace.

Pour moi, un CV n’est pas simplement un document. Il doit raconter votre parcours, mettre en valeur votre expérience et montrer clairement la valeur que vous pouvez apporter à un employeur.

Mon objectif est simple : vous aider à mieux vous positionner pour avancer dans votre carrière.
