This project showcases a welcome email automation flow created for a creative interior brand.

The goal was to introduce the brand, build trust with new subscribers, and guide them toward taking the next step through a calm and intentional email experience.

The flow consists of a 4 email sequence, including a welcome message, brand story, value driven content, and a soft closing invitation.

Each email was designed with a clean structure, clear messaging, and an aesthetic layout aligned with the brand identity.

The automation was set up and structured using MailerLite.

This project focused on designing an Email Marketing Roadmap for a service-based astrology business.

The goal was to create a more intentional customer journey that guides subscribers from their first interaction to becoming long-term clients.
