Tasting menu experience, in a small Japanese Restaurant ** The goal** Most small restaurant websites try to do too much at once on the homepage. Reservations, full menu, photo gallery, social feed, an "order online" button, all stacked, all occupying the entrance. The brief I set for myself was the opposite. A tasting menu that lives in the homepage. One thing at a time, in order. Tell the visitor what is good tonight before anything else. Make the room feel small online too.

What I built A single long page in four numbered sections. I structured it more like an editorial spread than a feature list.
