This project was developed for an Argentine apparel SME with retail sales, in-house design, outsourced workshops, and multiple suppliers. While the brand had strong products and active sales, operational decisions remained concentrated in the founders, and the internal structure had not evolved alongside business growth. The main issue was the lack of reliable financial information, as payments to workshops and suppliers were not systematically recorded, and there was no clear income and expense structure to assess profitability. Production was managed reactively, with limited planning and follow-up from sample development to final manufacturing, creating operational overload.
