Project Overview: I was commissioned to develop the complete technical floor plans and seating arrangements for the prestigious HPE Discover More conference in Mumbai. The objective was to create a seamless flow for a high-profile corporate audience while maintaining strict adherence to venue safety protocols and production requirements.

My Scope of Work:

Comprehensive CAD Drafting: Designed precise 2D floor plans ensuring optimal space utilization for the main plenary and breakout sessions.

Seating & Capacity Planning: Executed complex seating arrangements (Classroom/Theatre style) to accommodate 650+ attendees while ensuring clear sightlines to the main LED wall/stage.

Technical Integration: Mapped out pre-function areas, and registration counters to ensure smooth traffic flow and crowd management.

Production Readiness: Provided detailed working drawings used by on-site production teams for stage construction, lighting grid placement, and audio-visual setup.

Objective: Developed a comprehensive and precision-scaled seating and stage layout for the Hilti Kick Off 2026 conference held at the Regency Ballroom, Hyatt Regency Manesar. The primary goal was to maximize seating capacity while ensuring clear sightlines to the stage and efficient crowd movement within the ballroom constraints.

Technical Scope:

Venue CAD Design: Converted venue blueprints into a detailed 2D AutoCAD layout, accurately mapping the ballroom dimensions and existing structural pillars. Seating Arrangement: Executed a high-density theatre-style seating arrangement to accommodate the target pax count while maintaining safety aisle widths. Stage Design: Designed a professional-grade stage elevation, integrating precise dimensions for visual impact and technical setup requirements.
