I am Racha KACEM, a young architect currently interning at an architecture and design agency while also working as a freelancer. Rigorous in my work and possessing great curiosity, I have learned to develop an analytical, critical, and forward-thinking mindset, while being aware of the new challenges of sustainable development. Throughout my training, I have completed a variety of architectural projects. I am also skilled in pencil drawing and the use of CAD and BIM software (Revit and AutoCAD / SketchUp / Photoshop and Lumion / After Effects / InDesign).

I am the ideal choice for your project because I am an experienced professional who works efficiently, meets deadlines, and is available and attentive to your needs.

For €30: I will create a 3D model using Revit or SketchUp based on a plan with an area of 50 m² or less.

NOTE:

*The basic €30 package allows for the creation of a 3D model from an existing plans and sections . However, if the area of the plan exceeds 50 m², it is necessary to select an additional option corresponding to the required area.

Therefore, please choose the additional option that suits your needs.

Additionally, if you need a document other than the 3D model, I also offer it for an extra fee:

1/ Graphic element treatments for a more beautiful and captivating render, with photoshop
2/ 3D sketches (not a photorealistic render)
3/ Architectural renderings (photorealistic images)
