This service is suitable for clients who already have a layout and need it converted into a clear digital drawing. You can send a scanned plan, a dimensioned sketch, a PDF, or an image of your existing floor plan. I will review the information and redraw the agreed layout with organized layers, readable annotations, and consistent dimensions.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE $15 BASIC SERVICE?

The basic service covers the redrawing of one simple architectural floor plan for one floor, with an area of up to 120 m².

You will receive:
- One floor plan redrawn in AutoCAD.
- Walls, doors, windows, and room divisions shown in your reference.
- Room names and dimensions based on the information you provide.
- An editable DWG file.
- A PDF version for viewing and printing.
- One round of minor revisions.
- Delivery within two days.

Please provide a readable reference with sufficient dimensions. The basic price applies to a simple existing layout. Larger areas, complex layouts, multiple floors, elevations, sections, and additional drawings require a separate option or quotation.

I can also create textured 2D plans with colors and material representations to make your layout more visually engaging and easier to understand. If you need design ideas, I can develop concepts based on your requirements, references, and preferences.

OPTIONAL SKETCHUP 3D MODEL

If you would also like to see your floor plan in three dimensions, you can add a simple SketchUp model starting at an additional $15.

This option covers one simple floor of up to 120 m², based on the agreed floor plan. It includes basic walls, floor surfaces, doors, windows, and simple material colors. You will receive the editable SKP file and two model screenshots to help you understand the layout and overall form.
