WHAT YOU RECEIVE
One written diagnostic report in English, delivered through ComeUp as a PDF. It covers the reproduction steps, relevant evidence, the likely cause where it can be established, prioritized recommendations, and acceptance checks for a later fix. If the cause cannot be established within the investigation limit, the report will state what was tested, what remains uncertain and the smallest next investigation needed. A guaranteed fix is not part of this service.
BASIC SERVICE — $223.74 BASE PRICE
ComeUp may add buyer fees and applicable taxes; the platform shows the final total before payment.
The package covers one agreed issue in one Java or Spring Boot application, with up to five hours of investigation. Examples include an unexpected API response, a failed backend workflow or an event-driven integration that does not behave as expected. The deliverable is the diagnostic report; implementation is separate.
HOW WE START
Please message me on ComeUp before ordering so we can agree the issue, confirm that the available evidence is sufficient and check the collaboration requirements. Provide a minimal reproduction, relevant sanitized logs, Java/Spring versions and the expected versus observed behavior. Do not send passwords, API keys, personal customer data or production access. Any code provided must be yours to share.
DELIVERY AND LIMITS
Delivery is seven calendar days from acceptance of the order. Acceptance follows agreement on the issue and receipt of the required inputs. The investigation does not include code implementation, deployment, production operations, penetration testing, security certification, ongoing support, third-party charges or additional issues. A different issue or a change in scope needs a separate agreement before any extra work.
PORTFOLIO EVIDENCE
The gallery shows my Event-Driven E-Commerce Platform, a personal Java, Spring Boot and Kafka demonstration. It illustrates an order workflow and saga behavior. Payments, shipping and notifications in this demonstration are simulated; the screenshot is not evidence of a customer project or a guaranteed result for your application.
