How much does an online music lesson cost?

Guitar, piano, singing, drum or mixing lessons start at the low end of the price range. The price mostly depends on the length of each session and the number of lessons planned. Each offer shows its price and delivery time before you order, and options can be added, such as an extra session.

Can you learn guitar or piano by video call?

Yes, as long as the teacher can see your hands clearly. Place the camera to the side of or above the instrument, tune it before the lesson and choose a quiet room. Video calls add a slight sound delay: playing at the same time as the teacher is difficult, so lessons alternate demonstrations, attempts and corrections.

Can an app or an AI replace a music teacher?

Not quite. An app or an AI spots wrong notes and suggests daily exercises, which helps you keep practicing. However, it is poor at correcting hand position, posture or breathing for singing, habits that set in quickly when you start. A teacher spots them right away and picks pieces and exercises suited to your level.

How do you choose an online music teacher?

Ask for a short video of them playing, or an example of a lesson: you'll see their level and how they explain things. Give your instrument, your level, the styles you like and the student's age if it's for a child. The Contact button, on the service page and on the profile, lets you ask these questions before you order.
