Organize your business in a Notion workspace built around how you work

Tasks, clients, content, documents: Notion can bring it all together, as long as it's well structured. On ComeUp, freelancers provide Notion templates to run a training company, a short-term rental concierge business, your social media or your job search, and design custom Notion workspaces. In the parent category, Business, 99% of reviews from the last 12 months are positive.

FAQ Notion

A ready-to-use template, to manage your social media, a concierge business or a training company, is at the low end of the range. A workspace designed for you costs several times as much, and a full overhaul of an existing workspace about twice that again. Every offer shows its price before you order, and options can be added.

A template works if your need is common: it's ready quickly and you adapt it yourself. A custom workspace starts from the way you work: the freelancer organizes your databases, views and links between pages, and can connect Notion to other tools, for example to publish your content from your editorial calendar. The more specific your habits, the more a custom build makes sense.

Notion AI helps you write, summarize a page or fill in a database, which saves time day to day. However, it won't decide for you how to structure your workspace: which databases to create, how to link them, who sees what. A freelancer sets up that structure with you, and you can then use Notion's AI on top of it.

Usually the freelancer sends you a link: just open the page and duplicate it into your Notion workspace to get your own copy. Before ordering, check whether the template relies on features reserved for Notion's paid plans, and whether a short user guide is included. For a custom workspace, add the freelancer as a guest on the relevant pages rather than sharing your account, then remove their access at the end.

Ask for screenshots or a short video of a workspace they've already designed, and check that they understand your business: a template for a training company has nothing in common with a job search tracker. The Contact button, on the service page and on the profile, lets you describe your needs before you order. Each offer shows its delivery time, and some include an express option.
