Do you provide hosting or a domain name?

No, you must have your own hosting. I work with most hosting providers that offer a database, and I can recommend SiteGround or IONOS, for example.
Please note that I do not work on websites hosted on WordPress.com except to transfer them to personal hosting.

Can I choose the design? Is it editable? What if I want something unique?

You can choose a design that fits your needs and preferences from the hundreds of layouts offered here: https://www.elegantthemes.com/layouts/
Each design is fully customizable, including colors, fonts, and layout elements.
If you want a unique design, I can create one for you starting from a chosen template. You will need to provide images, fonts, and colors.

Do you provide search engine optimization (SEO) services?
