The client can review the concepts, choose the preferred direction, and request adjustments before the final version is prepared.

The service may include up to three initial concepts and three rounds of revisions, depending on the agreed terms. Revisions allow adjustments to colors, sizes, spacing, typography, alignment, and small details of the symbol. Complete changes to the selected concept, or requests that significantly modify the original brief, may require a new quotation. This organization helps keep the project clear, efficient, and within the established deadline.

After approval, I prepare different versions of the logo to make it easier to use. These may include horizontal and stacked versions, symbol-only versions, versions for light and dark backgrounds, full-color and black-and-white options, and a transparent-background version. I can also prepare an app icon, favicon, and profile image for social media. This ensures that the visual identity remains consistent across different sizes and platforms.

Final files can be delivered in transparent PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and EPS formats. When required, an Adobe Illustrator-compatible version can also be prepared. Vector formats allow the logo to be enlarged or reduced without losing quality, making them suitable for printing, signage, packaging, and other professional applications. PNG and JPG formats are ideal for digital use, social media, presentations, and websites.

Color palette and typography recommendations may also be included, with the relevant codes provided to maintain brand consistency. The client receives simple guidance on the correct use of the logo, the most suitable backgrounds, and the recommended spacing. These guidelines help prevent distortion, incorrect colors, or applications that reduce readability.
