Within this proposition, I will present your site plan with a fully textured realistic environment. it will contain a landscaped environment, car parking situations, other external features like a swimming pool and lounging area, and finally, the housing unit(s).

This offer is for one (1) site plan only and you have the option to select additional offers from the available extras.

1 plan = €40
1 plan + 1 additional plan = €70
1 plan + 2 additional plans = €105
1 plan + 3 additional plans = €140

It is important to note that this service is limited to an area of approximately 2,000 square meters or 22,200 square feet.

Please note that I'm not offering an architecture design service from scratch. My service is to present your already done architecture design (in 2D format) in a way that's attention-grabbing and captivating.

Presenting your designs like this is a good marketing tool and a way to sell your project to the layman.

The work order is straightforward. All you need to do is provide me with your 2D plan and special requirements I need to take note of if there are any and then I commence work.

Following the completion of the project, I will submit it for your feedback.
This submission will be available in either PDF, JPEG, or PNG format. The submission will include fully textured and landscaped areas, along with a spatial legend, all at no additional cost.

For this service, you are entitled to five (5) revisions. In the event of any necessary revisions post-submission, corrections will be done quickly until the outcome aligns with your satisfaction.

After you're content with the delivered product, the order will be deemed complete.

Please take note that the delivery format (PDF, JPEG, or PNG) will be determined in accordance with your preferences, as mutually agreed upon.
