Getting a product or inventory CSV ready for a Shopify or WooCommerce import? I remove exact duplicate rows and fully blank rows, trim extra spaces in up to two text columns, and give you a change report listing every edit, so nothing changes without you seeing it.

Works on CSV files exported from Shopify, WooCommerce, Excel or Google Sheets (saved as .csv). This is a data cleaning service for files only: no store login needed.

## What is included for US$25

- One authorized, non-sensitive UTF-8 comma-separated .csv file, up to 5,000 data rows, 20 columns and 1 MiB (1,048,576 bytes).
- Remove surrounding ASCII whitespace in up to two text columns you explicitly name. Identifier and SKU columns are excluded from trimming.
- If requested, remove fully blank rows and exact duplicate rows after the agreed trimming. I will not guess which near-duplicates refer to the same product.
- Preserve other field values, including prices and identifiers, in the output CSV. Spreadsheet programs can auto-format CSVs; use an import-as-text workflow when leading-zero identifiers matter.
- Deliver the original file, a cleaned CSV if validation passes, a JSON change report, and a short input/output row-count reconciliation.
- One correction is included if I made an error implementing the originally agreed rules.
- Delivery within 3 calendar days after order acceptance.

## What is not included

Excel/XLSX files; multiple files; changing dates, prices, quantities or number formats; fuzzy matching; merging products; filling missing facts; formulas or formula-like cells; negative-number cells under the current conservative safety check; customer or personal-data lists; confidential or regulated data; store access; external imports; or a guarantee that a particular ecommerce platform will accept the file. Unsupported inputs are flagged or declined rather than silently modified.

## Before ordering

Send the column headers and a fictional or fully redacted 3–5-row example using ComeUp messaging. Identify SKU/ID columns, choose up to two non-ID text columns to trim, and say whether fully blank rows or exact duplicates should be removed. I will confirm whether the requested work fits this service. Do not send passwords, store access, sensitive information or unredacted personal data.
