Supplier sent a new price or stock list? Before you run a Shopify or WooCommerce bulk price or inventory update, I compare your product CSV export with the supplier file by SKU and barcode and show every difference, so you approve each change before importing.

How the matching works:
- First by SKU (extra spaces and upper/lower case are ignored).
- Then by barcode (UPC/EAN/GTIN), for items where your SKU differs from the supplier's.
- Name and variant matches are only suggested, never applied. You confirm them first.

You choose which fields are in scope, for example price, compare-at price, cost, inventory quantity and barcode. Every other column (titles, descriptions, images, tags, SEO) is left alone.

What you receive:
- A discrepancy workbook (Excel) showing your current value, each supplier's value and the proposed value for every difference, with the price or stock change.
- An exceptions list: store items with no supplier match, supplier items missing from your store, cases where two suppliers disagree, suggested name matches, and data problems (for example a barcode that a spreadsheet turned into 2.0E+12, or a stock value like "TBD").
- A reconciliation summary with counts and a self-check of the output.
- With the Update package: an import-ready Shopify or WooCommerce update CSV with only the agreed columns, plus a 10-product test file to import first.

Safety rules:
- No store login needed. You send CSV exports and you do the import yourself.
- Supplier files are the source of truth for the fields you choose. Anything unmatched or conflicting is listed for your decision, never guessed.
- Price moves over 50% are held for review in case the supplier file has a typo.
- For Shopify, every variant row of a changed product is included, so the overwrite import keeps all of your variants.

How it works: the comparison is AI-assisted using tested Python tooling, and every output file is checked against the agreed rules before delivery. A fictional sample report is available on request. Before ordering, please send your column headers and a few sample rows (fictional or redacted is fine) so I can confirm the job fits.

Not included: logging in to your store, importing or publishing for you, writing descriptions or SEO, image work, pulling data from supplier websites, and any file containing customer or personal data. Stock updates through a product CSV suit single-location stores; if you stock from several locations, tell me before ordering so we can agree on the format.

Base price ($150): Audit of one store export plus one supplier file, up to 1,000 SKUs, with the discrepancy workbook, exceptions list and reconciliation summary. Add the Update File option for up to 3 supplier files, 5,000 variants and an import-ready update CSV with a 10-product test file. Ongoing monthly upkeep is available by custom offer.

Nova CSV Desk is an independent, owner-operated service focused on small product and inventory CSV cleanup. The process is deliberately clear: agree on the permitted changes, preserve the original file, and provide a separate change report. Supported work includes trimming surrounding spaces in up to two named non-identifier text columns and optionally removing fully blank records or exact duplicate rows. All other fields remain unchanged. Processing is AI-assisted and uses a tested Python workflow, with output checked against the agreed instructions. Only authorized, non-sensitive data is accepted. No store logins, passwords, customer lists, or confidential records are needed. Please send a fictional or redacted 3–5-row example and column headers through ComeUp before ordering so the scope can be checked. Portfolio examples are fictional demonstrations, not previous customer work. All communication, orders, and delivery stay on ComeUp.
