There was a time when I thought a great career simply spoke for itself.

I learned the hard way that it doesn't.

Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the people behind the careers: the professionals with years of experience but no idea how to communicate their value, the ambitious candidates struggling to make the right career move, and the accomplished leaders whose profiles didn't fully reflect the level they had reached.

That curiosity eventually led me into recruitment and executive search, where I gained a completely different perspective.

I wasn't just looking at careers anymore. I was seeing how careers are evaluated, positioned, communicated and ultimately matched to opportunity.

That experience shaped what I do today.

I work with professionals to help them position their careers, strengthen their professional presence, navigate career transitions and communicate their value with greater clarity and impact.

That can mean rebuilding a CV, refining a LinkedIn profile, developing a stronger professional narrative, identifying what makes a candidate genuinely marketable, or simply helping someone see their career from the perspective of the people making hiring decisions.
