This project involved developing an interactive, end-to-end business intelligence solution to track and analyze the commercial performance of a retail company operating across multiple regions in Morocco. The goal was to transform raw sales data into a dynamic narrative that allows stakeholders to monitor KPIs, compare actuals against budgets, and identify high-performing regions and product categories.
This project focused on developing a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) dashboard to track and analyze workplace accidents. The objective was to provide the HR and Safety departments with a clear, interactive tool to monitor accident frequency, severity, and lost workdays, enabling them to identify high-risk areas and implement targeted safety measures.
