1 interaction corresponds to the sending of a response to a customer message (an e-mail, a comment or a message) + 1 associated action*.
*1 associated action = Action required to respond correctly to your customer's message.
This therefore includes modifying or cancelling an order, or looking for follow-up information, or sending a message to your supplier, or opening a dispute with your supplier, if necessary.

I manage your Stripe and Paypal disputes for you.
This option includes :
- Contacting your customer to settle the dispute amicably
- Setting up a Stripe or Paypal file
- Sending the file to Paypal or the bank that initiated the dispute (Stripe)

Only stripe and paypal litigation options can be added to your order.
- Your customer support is available from Monday to Saturday inclusive.
- A 1 week pack = 7 working days included, excluding Sundays.
- A 2-week pack = 14 working days included, excluding Sundays.
- A 3-week pack = 21 working days included, excluding Sundays.
- A 4-week pack = 28 working days included, excluding Sundays.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for your support to be set up.
- After-sales service may not be available on certain public holidays. You will be notified in advance and this will not be deducted from your order, i.e. the holiday not worked will be made up and not lost.
🚩 EXPRESS DELIVERY:
ONLY for professionals with a volume of requests requiring more time than the daily deadline.
For example: Pack 2 for up to 25 interactions per day in 1 day (i.e. 175 interactions in a single day), to deal with overdue requests in your mailbox.
