For $175, I will clean up to 100 source rows from one supplier in one XLSX or CSV file, using one currency and your written pricing rules.

You receive an Excel workbook containing the original source data, a cleaned catalogue and an exceptions sheet. I standardise headings and spacing, preserve product identifiers, check duplicates and missing fields, and calculate selling prices using the markup or margin and rounding rules you supply. Units, pack sizes and tax treatment are checked against your instructions. Conflicting or missing information is flagged rather than guessed.

Delivery is within 3 calendar days after the order is accepted with complete inputs. One consolidated revision is included to correct or adjust the agreed output using the original source file and rules. New products, replacement source files or changed pricing logic require a separately agreed scope.

This service covers spreadsheet preparation only. It does not include store uploads, Shopify import mapping, complex variant restructuring, PDF or image extraction, translations, technical product selection, API integrations or market-price research. No sales or revenue results are promised.
