Document Factory Express turns your structured Excel or CSV data and your existing Word template into an organized batch of personalized DOCX documents.
Suitable for letters, communications, information sheets, reports and internal forms. This service does not include certification or legal, tax or professional advice.
WHAT YOU PROVIDE
- A structured Excel or CSV file
- A stable Word template
- A mapping of spreadsheet columns to template fields
- Your preferred file naming and folder rules
HOW IT WORKS
I review the input and generate a sample of 1–3 documents for your approval before producing the batch. Missing or ambiguous data are reported rather than invented. If the template is incompatible, or more than 15% of records require manual intervention, corrections must be agreed before production can proceed.
BASE
Up to 20 documents using one template. Includes input review, initial sample, generation, consistent file naming and essential quality checks. Delivery: a ZIP containing DOCX files and a QA summary, within 3 days from acceptance of the order with complete compatible input.
STANDARD UPGRADE
Up to 50 documents using one template, with more extensive QA and structured anomaly reporting. Total delivery time: 5 days.
PREMIUM UPGRADE
Up to 100 documents using a maximum of two compatible templates, with more detailed naming rules and QA. Total delivery time: 7 days. Standard and Premium are alternative upgrades and must not be combined.
QUALITY AND SCOPE
Final checks compare the input with the output and include visual sampling. Source-data corrections, template redesign and additional batches are outside the stated scope. Any correction request must remain within the supplied data, agreed template and package limits.
Please contact me through ComeUp before ordering if you are unsure whether your files are compatible. The pilot does not accept health or judicial data, identity documents, credentials or unnecessary special-category data. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful sharing of your input.
Communication is available in Italian and English.
