I am Dragomir, a banking credit risk analyst working with SME and corporate financial information. I build practical Excel models with transparent inputs, traceable formulas and clearly stated limitations.

PROCESS
First I review your inputs and agree the modeling assumptions. I then build and check the cash roll-forward, debt schedule and scenario outputs. The workbook identifies assumptions separately from calculations so you can update it yourself.
REQUIRED INPUTS
Recent financials, opening cash, expected monthly receipts and payments, working-capital assumptions, planned capital spending, and loan balances/rates/repayment dates. Provide your forecast start month, reporting currency and any lender DSCR definition. Excel or searchable PDF is preferred. Redacted information is welcome.
BOUNDARIES
This is a cash-planning model, not an integrated three-statement model, valuation, tax calculation, audit or bank approval. No live bank connections, macros or external data subscriptions are included. Complex property development, multi-entity groups and bespoke lender templates require a separately agreed scope. New source data or changes to the brief after modeling begins may require additional work.
Forecasts depend on the assumptions supplied and are not guarantees. A zero or negative debt-service denominator is flagged rather than presented as a meaningful DSCR. Only share information you are authorized to disclose.
Please message me through ComeUp before ordering if your requirements exceed this scope. Portfolio illustrations use fictional data and demonstrate model structure, not actual client results.
