• an AI agent that answers your clients or prospects based on your documents and acts in your tools through n8n or Make.

1. n8n automation: document reading and automatic data entry in Notion
Tools: n8n, Dropbox, Notion, OCR
Documents dropped in Dropbox are read automatically and their data is entered in Notion, with no human intervention.
Result: more than 20 hours saved per week, in production for over a year.

2. n8n automation: Facebook leads sent straight to the CRM
Tools: n8n, Facebook Lead Ads, CRM, MailerLite
Each lead is captured, deduplicated, assigned to an advisor, then saved in the CRM and in MailerLite.
Result: more than 1,000 leads processed automatically every month, with no Excel exports.

3. Make automation: print-on-demand Shopify store
Tools: Make, Shopify, Google Drive, Gmail
Orders are distributed to the illustrators, artwork is pulled from Google Drive, printing is ordered and notifications are sent automatically.
Result: more than 5,000 paintings delivered over 5 years of operation.

4. AI automation with Make: resumes read by Claude and added to HubSpot
Tools: Make, Claude (Anthropic), OneDrive, HubSpot
Each new resume is read by AI, checked for duplicates, then created as a HubSpot contact and added to the follow-up list.
Result: checked every 15 minutes, with no human intervention.

I also connected a sales funnel to Zoho CRM with Make and Zapier: every purchase is qualified and recorded in real time, with no duplicates.

I build an automation between two of your apps: one trigger and one action. Examples:

n8n, Make or Zapier: which one?

You do not need to know before ordering. In short:

• Zapier is the easiest to use, ideal for short automations.
• Make is very visual and offers good value for multi-step scenarios.
• n8n is the most flexible. It can run on your own server and suits complex workflows and AI agents.

If you do not have a tool yet, I will recommend the right one before starting.

2. I confirm feasibility and the chosen tool.
3. I build the automation and test it with your data.
4. I deliver the live automation with its explanation.

What I need from you

• access to the tools involved, or an invitation to your n8n, Make or Zapier account;
• a few data samples for testing.

Good to know before ordering

• Tool subscriptions (Zapier, Make, n8n cloud, OpenAI…) and API credits are at your expense.
• One round of adjustments groups the feedback you send at once. A new feature that was not in the order requires an option or a custom offer.
• If a tool has no connector or restricts access, I will tell you before starting.

I know nothing about automation, is that a problem?
No. Describe your task in your own words, I handle the technical side and explain what was set up.

How do I know which level to choose?
Message me before ordering and describe your need, I will tell you which option fits.

Can you fix an automation that stopped working?
Yes. Send me a screenshot of the error or access to the tool, and I will tell you what needs fixing.

What is the difference between an AI automation and an AI agent?
An AI automation follows a defined scenario, with a step where AI analyzes or writes (the "AI step" option). An AI agent decides on its own which actions to take based on the request: look up information, update the CRM, reply to the client. I build both with n8n or Make, using ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.

Is my data safe?
I work on your accounts, not mine. I only use the access I need, and you can remove it after delivery. For sensitive data, n8n can be installed on your own server.
