2 - I design the poster or flyer to the customer's specifications.
3 - I deliver the first version(s) to the customer.
4 - If the customer is satisfied, he can validate the delivery and give his opinion on the service.
5 - If the customer is not satisfied with the work, he can request one or more touch-ups or modifications to the work delivered.
6 - Once the touch-ups or modifications have been completed, I deliver the work to the customer again and wait for the customer's feedback.

❖ **What do you need to process my order?

To enable me to process your order, I need :
➔ all your texts (title, subtitle, catchphrase, website, etc.).
➔ your images in JPEG or PNG if you haven't ordered the image search option.
➔ work instructions to be followed.
➔ if you have a graphic charter or logo, you must send them to me.
➔ if you have specific examples of flyers or posters, you can send them to me.

❖ How to open an order?

To open an order, click on the "Order" button at the very bottom and you'll be redirected to the service's payment page (it's a page secured by the ComeUp platform).
Here you'll find a summary of options, the exact amount including VAT, the delivery time and the option to choose express delivery depending on the urgency of your order.
Once you've paid, a new window will open. In this window, you'll need to attach all the necessary information to enable me to work.

❖ How does an order work?

The process is simple and designed to efficiently process and deliver any type of project. It consists of 3 steps.

Once the order has been opened, an automatic message will be sent to you. It contains all the information and resources you need to send me, so that I can start work and clearly meet your expectations.
I'll keep you informed of the progress of your order, so that you can review any technical or aesthetic aspects.
Your order will be delivered on time, or even earlier. You can request a touch-up within seven days of delivery.
