If you’re unfamiliar with the editorial process, that means I’ll ensure your manuscript follows the rules of standard English and adheres to the specified style guide. In other words, this includes the following: fixing errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax; ensuring the text adheres to a specific style guide; ensuring consistency (in formatting as well as textual details); eliminating jargon and redundancies; and light fact-checking of dates, names, and claims.
