Odd Relay builds small data-cleaning workflows with clear rules and visible checks. Before ordering, send an anonymised sample through ComeUp so I can confirm that your files fit this package.

WHAT THE BASIC PACKAGE INCLUDES
For 143,49 $US, I will process up to three CSV files with a combined maximum of 10,000 data rows, up to two input column layouts and one agreed output layout.

The workflow can standardise column names, map columns, trim unwanted spaces, normalise an agreed date format, remove identical duplicate records and separate invalid or conflicting records for review. We agree the record key, duplicate rules, required fields and expected output before the order starts. Missing facts are not invented, and conflicting values are not silently overwritten.

YOU RECEIVE
- The cleaned CSV file.
- A separate CSV report of unresolved records and the reasons they were flagged.
- A reusable Python script, supplied as source code.
- A short README with the required Python version, setup and run commands.
- A summary reconciling input rows, accepted rows, duplicates and exceptions.
- Checks against the agreed rules, including a repeat run on the supplied inputs.

Your original input files are preserved. The script runs locally with Python 3.10 or later; it does not require a paid software subscription. You may use the delivered script again for your own recurring exports with the agreed layouts and rules.

DELIVERY AND CORRECTIONS
Delivery is within five calendar days after the order is accepted with the required files and rules supplied. One correction round is included for adjustments within the agreed scope. New file layouts, new business rules or additional datasets require a separately agreed scope.

SCOPE LIMITS
This package covers CSV files and a local command-line workflow. Database or API connections, web scraping, Excel macros, cloud hosting, dashboards and ongoing operation are outside this package. If your data is larger or your workflow differs, message me before ordering.

WORKING EXAMPLE
The profile portfolio contains an original demonstration using synthetic data: three files and 14 input rows produce seven accepted rows, two duplicate removals and five visible exceptions. Five automated tests passed on that sample. This is a demonstration of the approach, not previous client work.

AI-ASSISTED DELIVERY
Development is AI-assisted and the output is checked against the agreed requirements. Please identify any restrictions on AI tools, confidential data or third-party processing before sending client files. An anonymised sample is enough for the initial scope check. All project communication and delivery stay on ComeUp.
