Turn your sales exports into a Power BI dashboard that answers your questions in a few clicks instead of a pile of spreadsheets.

What you get with the basic service
- One dashboard page with up to 5 KPI cards: revenue, profit, margin, orders, average order value (or your own KPIs)
- 3 visuals, for example monthly trend, sales by channel and top products
- Slicers for year, month and one more field (category, region or store)
- A clean data model: date table and DAX measures, no hard-coded numbers
- Styled in your brand colours
- A short guide on how to refresh it with new data
- 2 rounds of revisions

Options (add them at checkout)
- Extra report page, for example products, customers or regions
- Time intelligence: year-over-year, year-to-date and rolling 12 months
- Plan vs actual: your targets, variance and % achievement
- Data cleanup in Power Query for messy exports or several files
- Extra revision round
- Express delivery

What I need from you: your data as Excel or CSV exports (up to 100,000 rows in total) and the questions the dashboard should answer. Customer names and other sensitive fields can be anonymised before you send the files.

Format: one .pbix file that opens in Power BI Desktop (free).

Not included: publishing to your Power BI Service workspace, scheduled refresh setup, Power BI licences, live database connections. Message me before ordering if you need these.
