- One IT problem diagnosed and fixed remotely (for example a slow computer, Windows or Linux errors, software that won't install or open, a virus or unwanted pop-ups)
- Wi-Fi, router and home or office network troubleshooting
- Printer, scanner and peripheral setup and fixes
- Email, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace account and setup issues
- Backup, data recovery advice and device cleanup
- A short written summary of what was wrong and what I did, so you can fix it yourself next time

- Additional problems fixed in the same session
- Server, VPS and website issues (Linux, Nginx, SSL, DNS)
- Security hardening and basic protection setup
- Setting up a new computer, phone or small office network

HOW I WORK

1. You describe the problem and send screenshots or error messages. I confirm that I can solve it before starting.
2. We connect by remote session or I guide you step by step, whichever you prefer.
3. I fix the problem, test it with you and send a short summary.

TERMS

- 2 rounds of follow-up are included within the agreed problem
- Hardware repairs that need a physical visit are not included
- For remote access I only use trusted tools such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer, you stay in control and can watch everything, and I never keep your passwords
- Problems outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before I start
- I reply within a few hours and will tell you honestly if I cannot fix something
