For €40, you receive:

- One PDF based on one suitable customer-supplied aerial image.
- Up to five numbered references in total, including no more than two simple shaded work areas.
- A matching plain-English reference key, project title and date.
- One consolidated minor correction to the agreed labels, positions or shading.
- Delivery within three calendar days after I accept your complete, suitable inputs.

Suitable uses include client-selected re-roofing areas, roof-repair location references, solar-work areas and construction-site notes. This is visual presentation of your instructions.

No measurements, surveying, diagnosis, engineering, CAD, editable Word file, solar design or certification are included. I cannot determine concealed boundaries, choose the work needed or assess installation feasibility.

AI-assisted preparation is used and the output is visually checked against your marked instructions. Your authorised photograph is not used to invent property facts.
