The process of creating a business card is simple and involves 6 steps:
1 - I communicate and exchange ideas with the customer to better understand their needs.
2 - I design the business card according to the customer's instructions and requirements.
3 - I deliver the first version to the customer.
4 - If the customer is satisfied, he can validate the delivery of the order and give his opinion on the quality of the service.
5 - If the customer is not satisfied with the work delivered, he can request one or more touch-ups or modifications.
6 - Once the touch-ups or modifications have been completed, I deliver the work to the customer again and wait for the customer's feedback or reaction.

❖ **What do you need to process my order?

To enable me to process your order, I need :
➔ all your texts (title, subtitle, catchphrase, etc.) that can be used.
➔ your images in JPEG or PNG if you haven't ordered the image search option.
➔ work instructions to be followed.
➔ if you have a graphic charter or logo, you must send them to me.
➔ if you have specific examples of business cards, you can send them to me as a template.

❖ How to open an order?

To open an order, click on the "Order" button at the very bottom and you'll be redirected to the service's payment page (it's a page secured by the ComeUp platform).
Here you'll find a summary of options, the exact amount including VAT, the delivery time and the option to choose express delivery depending on the urgency of your order.
