# ** Theme & Licensing Details**

To build your website, I use **professionally designed free themes** that are compatible with Elementor — including **Hello, Astra (free), or OceanWP (free)**. These themes are fast, mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and suitable for a wide range of industries.

If you’d like to use a **premium theme**, you have two options:

~**Option 1:**~ Provide your own premium theme and license details.

~**Option 2:**~ I’ll recommend a premium theme, and you’ll cover the license fee.

I do **not use pirated or nulled themes**. All themes are legally sourced to ensure security, updates, and long-term performance.

# ** How Do We Proceed?**

** 1. Initial Brief & Content Gathering**
To kickstart the project, I’ll need your content (text, images, logo), preferred layout, desired pages/menu structure, color scheme, and any inspiration or references you love. This helps me tailor the design to your brand vision.

** 2. Private Development Phase**
Your website will be designed on a secure staging server so you can preview the work in progress without it being public.

** 3. First Reveal & Feedback**
Once the initial draft is complete, I’ll walk you through the site. You’ll review it and share your thoughts, requests, or edits.

** 4. Revisions & Refinement**
Any changes or improvements you request will be implemented to ensure the site aligns perfectly with your goals and expectations.

** 5. Final Approval & Transfer Prep**
After approval, we’ll begin prepping for transfer. This means final testing, mobile responsiveness checks, speed optimization, and setting up key plugins.

** 6. Domain Transfer & Hosting Setup**
You’ll provide access to your hosting dashboard, domain registrar, or FTP (or just your WordPress login). If needed, I can guide you or handle it entirely. Your passwords can be changed after the handover for security.

** 7. Final Transfer & Live Launch**
Your polished website will be migrated to your domain and made live. Kindly note that changes after this stage will require a separate request or update service.

** 8. Personalized Walkthrough Video**
I’ll record a short, custom tutorial video showing you how to navigate and manage your site confidently—no tech skills required.

** 9. Full Admin Access**
You’ll receive full administrator access, giving you full control over your website moving forward.

** 10. Completion, Review & Ongoing Support**
We’ll close out the order after confirmation, and you’re welcome to leave a review of your experience. Should you ever need help post-delivery, I’ll be available for continued support.
